  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Training Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of training programs, including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and subject matter experts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant lists, attendance, and evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide administrative support for training programs, including preparing materials, updating databases, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training program coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, depending on business needs.
