Genetic Counsellor

We are seeking a skilled Genetic Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves delivering comprehensive genetic counselling services for patients referred to the cardiovascular genetics service, including both pre- and post-counselling, for hereditary cardiac conditions.

  • This will include managing patient intakes, analysing genetic variants, coordinating testing processes, and delivering clear counselling guidance.

Working closely with our medical team, you will handle referrals, contribute to research initiatives, and provide genetic education to healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Genetic Counselling (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' relevant clinical experience with demonstrated competency in genetic counselling
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with experience in MS office, databases, presentations and pedigree drawing software
