Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR and administrative matters, including talent & performance management, training & development, payroll management, as well as National Service cycle changes.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in performing HR functions, with prior experience in public agencies being advantageous. They should also possess strong communication and good interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the overall NS experience of NSFs in CDA
  2. Conduct posting of NSFs, certify monthly attendances and meal allowances for NSFs
  3. Serve as a point of contact for all matters pertaining to NS e.g. welfare management, financial assistance, discipline and regimentation
  4. Draft and prepare ORD transcript, testimonial, ORD package, ORD medical rescheduling and assigning ORD interviews
  5. Plan, organize and implement division and force-wide level functions and welfare activities
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in performing HR functions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Possess strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analytics
