We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Care Educator to join our team at MIJ HUB LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and supervision to students with special needs, aged 7-12 years old.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, in collaboration with the program team.
- Plan and conduct activities, routines, and excursions that promote physical exercise, life skills, and hobby development.
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to share student progress and well-being.
- Participate in organization-wide initiatives and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Priority will be given to individuals with experience in Special Needs Education, with on-the-job training provided.
