Senior Marketing Professional
About the Role:
This is a senior-level marketing position that requires a candidate with expertise in branding and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing plans to support the company's overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. He or she will also possess a high level of creativity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
A key aspect of this role is to stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior, ensuring that our marketing efforts are always aligned with our target audience's needs and preferences.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can bring fresh ideas and perspectives to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve brand awareness goals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Plan and coordinate monthly promotions for each brand, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing restaurant designs, menus, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new product concepts and packaging ideas.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales, product mix, expenditure, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma with specialization in Branding and Marketing or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for marketing.
