As an onsite technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting our products to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Prism products.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customers in resolving hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
Repair or replace faulty components at the customer's site.
Maintain detailed service records, repairs, and equipment inventory.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
O-Level or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a refrigerator, ceiling fan, television, monitor onsite technician, or similar role.
Familiarity with electrical/android systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SG driving license.
