About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce, monitor, and maintain a variety of kombuchas, fermented infusions, and blended juices for our non-alcoholic pairing menu.
  • Collaborate with our Head Sommelier and culinary team to design seasonal pairing menus that complement our tasting menu.
  • Maintain fermentation logs, ingredient inventories, and production schedules to guarantee smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness in all fermentation processes.
