Herbal Bliss Brewer

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Herbal Bliss Brewer. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of herbal bubble teas that are not only delicious but also provide a wellness experience for our customers.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Mix & Create - Craft Insta-worthy herbal bubble teas using natural ingredients and unique flavor combinations.
  • Be a Drink Guru - Help customers pick flavors that match their mood and preferences.
  • Trendy & Fresh - Stay on top of the latest boba trends and wellness hacks to ensure our menu stays current and exciting.
  • Handle Orders - Run the counter, take payments, and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Keep It Cool - Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our brand's vibey atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
