Develop Advanced Genomics SolutionsOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team of scientists working on cutting-edge research projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative genomics solutions, utilizing advanced technologies such as Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). As a key member of our interdisciplinary research team, you will collaborate with experts in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and industry partners to advance our understanding of biological systems.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in molecular biology, with hands-on experience in NGS workflows, including library preparation, sequencing, and data analysis. A degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related Bioscience field is required. Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and software is a plus.   • Design and optimize NGS library preparation protocols for low-quality DNA extracted from complex fuel matrices.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments to test and refine DNA extraction and library construction workflows.
  • Operate and interpret results from analytical instruments, with particular emphasis on using the Agilent Bioanalyzer for assessing DNA integrity and library quality.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams to align project outcomes with innovation goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lab records, including experimental designs, results, and protocol iterations.
  • Support documentation and reporting for project milestones, including internal reports, presentations, and potential publications.
