Job Title: Clinic Support Specialist

The role of Clinic Support Specialist plays a pivotal part in providing exceptional patient care and support at our facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be meticulous in administrative procedures, and have a genuine interest in the mission of enabling our community to live life at its fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, handling telephone enquiries, and managing emails.
  • Maintain and update client databases, manage invoices and payments, and ensure seamless administrative processes.
  • Provide assistance to patients and participate in corporate events as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess good communication skills, a pleasant disposition, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Believe in the mission to enable our community to live life at its fullest and demonstrate commitment to this goal.
  • Responsible, dependable, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to learn and grow in a demanding environment.
  • Confident and fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or working in clinics is preferred but not essential.
