As a Freight Forwarding Professional, your primary responsibilities will include arranging shipment bookings, schedules, and documentation. You will ensure accurate and timely data entry for shipment tracking, orders, and quotations.

Monitoring shipments, updating clients on status/delays, and managing expectations are also key aspects of this role. Building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing solutions are essential skills for success in this position.

You will also be responsible for preparing quotations based on requests and market conditions. Additionally, you will support sales activities, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
