This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team as a XR Development Specialist.

We are looking for a talented XR engineer who has experience in developing next-generation AR/VR products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Unity3D/C# and be familiar with Unity multiplayer development, including Unity Networking and Photon Unity Networking (PUN).

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to concept and iterate on product ideas, develop Virtual & Augmented Reality applications for procedural training, and research ways to incorporate Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality into training applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prototyping and building next-generation AR/VR products using Unity3D/C#.
  • Collaborating with the team to concept and iterate on product ideas.
  • Developing Virtual & Augmented Reality applications for procedural training in C# on the Unity game engine.
  • Researching ways to incorporate Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality into training applications.
  • Implementing multiplayer functionality in XR applications using Unity Networking, Photon Unity Networking (PUN).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science with equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience developing software in Python/Java/node/C#/.NET.
  • 3D graphics programming experience with XR development frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
  • User interface and rapid prototyping experience in Augmented or Virtual Reality.
  • Proven experience in XR development, including VR, AR, and MR, with a proven portfolio demonstrating successful XR projects incorporating multiplayer features for both HMD and mobile phone deployment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience/interest in making custom abstract behavior (Game AI).
  • Experience with multiple CAD/3D modeling software.
  • Simulated physics: cloth, springs, gravity flocking, particle systems experience.
