Sustainability Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Research Intern. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability initiatives and advancing our strategy towards net zero, nature positive, and inclusive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sustainability, environmental and social issues, and be able to work collaboratively with various teams across the institution and ecosystem. You will be responsible for supporting the analysis of policy developments relating to sustainability/ESG, distilling insights relevant for our organization, and engaging our portfolio companies on top-of-mind sustainability topics.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to support research relating to topical trends, standards or global conferences, prepare sustainability-related disclosures and peer analyses, and review Sustainable Living-aligned investments.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in environmental science, sustainability management, sustainable finance, business, economics/international affairs/public policy/public administration with a focus on sustainability, or a related field
  • Genuine passion for sustainability, environmental and social issues, demonstrated through coursework, internships, projects or volunteer experiences
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with sustainability data and metrics
  • Familiarity and comfort with using GenAI tools
  • Good communicator in both written and oral communication, with an eye for detail
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
