About the role:

As a key player in our dynamic team, you will perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool. This involves executing equipment trouble shooting and following up on chronic machine issues including both electrical and mechanical issues.

You will work closely with equipment and process engineering on continuous tool improvement on reliability performance and product defect reduction. Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects.

To excel in this role, you will need to be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and your feedback will be sought after for further improvements. Furthermore, you will be trained on vacuum technology fundamentals and have opportunities for continual learning and growth.\
