We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at a prominent bar in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and suggest drinks to suit their tastes.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
  • Promotions and Events: Assist in the creation of promotions and special events to attract customers to the bar.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-end bar or restaurant in Singapore.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation and service, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Aptitude: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
