Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Associate Central to join our team at RAPID RECRUITMENT ASIA PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new patients efficiently and handle calls promptly, providing essential information or directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Deliver frontline support to patients and caregivers, including assisting with transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure emails are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Manage daily postings, receipt updates, and claim submissions accurately.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail from the post box each day.
  • Verify that invoicing, covering treatment fees, admin charges, and additional expenses, is completed for each patient after treatment.
  • Ensure timely payment collection for services rendered.
  • Oversee cash management and collections.

Requirements:

  • Experience with healthcare billing is essential.
  • Prior relevant work experience is required.
  • Must be tech-savvy, with excellent computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player with good time management.
  • Open to Singaporean applicants only.
