Job Opportunity:
Royal Security is currently seeking licensed Senior Security Leaders to support operations at various client sites. These leaders will take on key responsibilities during shifts, handle incident escalations, and supervise junior officers as needed. Deployments may be at commercial, industrial, or residential premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute security protocols including access control, patrolling, and surveillance
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents or emergencies
- Lead and guide Security Officers on shift
- Manage incident handling, investigations, and report writing
- Ensure compliance with site SOPs and client requirements
- Assist in briefing officers and conducting shift handovers

Requirements:
- Relevant license for security work
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other software applications
