Chief Security Officer

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills to oversee a team of security personnel at a large site with 20-30 staff members. This role requires the ability to implement cutting-edge technology solutions and meet client requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of clients.
  • Implement advanced video analytics, body-worn cameras, motion detectors, and vehicle management systems to enhance security capabilities.
  • Conduct daily briefings, respond to emails from clients, and prepare various management reports.
  • Maintain valid security licenses and possess experience working in uniform groups (SPF, SAF, SCDF).
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for new staff, focusing on customer service, emergency procedures, and security protocols.
  • Attend management meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and contribute to improving services through suggestions.
