Job Overview

This Senior Medical Technologist position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Clinical Laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of test procedures, including routine sample processing and chemical analyses. Additionally, they will be responsible for carrying out Blood Banking procedures and implementing immunology and serology procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology, with a recognized degree or diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a Clinical Laboratory setting. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing a variety of test procedures, including routine sample processing and chemical analyses
  • Carrying out Blood Banking procedures
  • Implementing immunology and serology procedures
  • Conducting microscopy procedures
  • Registering patient samples

Requirements:
  • Recognized Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
  • Recognized Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Clinical Laboratory setting
