We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager. This role will involve leading, developing, and executing policies and programmes related to the CCA Excellence Awards/Scholarships/CCA Assistance Funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective selection criteria for the CCA Excellence Awards/Scholarships/CCA Assistance Funds.
  • Coordinate various activities and ensure the effective implementation of these projects.
  • Manage nomination and application processes, including checking of students' eligibility and supporting the shortlisting and selection committee.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for disbursements of funds to students.
  • Manage and update the management on the fund usage.
  • Review the validity of the selection criteria of the CCA Excellence Awards/Scholarships/CCA Assistance Funds.
  • Recommend new initiatives to improve the rubrics of the CCA Excellence Awards/Scholarships/CCA Assistance Funds for the management's considerations.
  • Lead in organizing award ceremonies and scholarship events.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing for funds through donation campaigns and managing internal fundings for the relevant CCA Excellence Awards/Scholarships/CCA Assistance Funds.
  • Supporting the engagement of alumni through meeting and profiling prominent/alumni-related events/activities.
  • Working with relevant partners and stakeholders in creating strong communication channels with alumni and students to increase participation rate/visibility for SDAA programmes and activities.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary education with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Excellent communications (written and spoken), interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in event and project management.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and online tools.
  • Willing to work beyond normal office hours to host events as and when required.
