The primary objective of this role is to spearhead business development initiatives and drive strategic growth opportunities within the matchmaking and dating services industry.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying key areas for expansion, building networks, and increasing client outreach. This will involve conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant event organizers, lifestyle brands, and platforms to increase visibility and client engagement.
  • Enhance the company's online presence through expert social media management, content creation, and website updates to reach a broader audience.
  • Track performance metrics and client feedback to assess service quality and improve matchmaking effectiveness.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating exclusive client events and social gatherings to foster meaningful relationships among participants.
  • Support the owner in administrative tasks related to client management, documentation, and service coordination to ensure seamless business operations.
