  • Supporting our Business Development Team and lawyers.
  • Organizing calendars and meeting schedules for the lawyers efficiently.
  • Recording and updating daily file counts, weekly referrals, and other case-related data, along with status updates.
  • Conducting all necessary legal searches.
  • Opening, locating, and archiving files.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proactive individual who is detail-oriented and takes responsibility for their work.
  • Somone with strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
