Seeking a seasoned investment operations leader to oversee all aspects of investment support in the Asia region. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and proactive leader who can drive operational excellence and foster collaboration across departments.

The successful candidate will work closely with the reporting manager to lead process improvement initiatives and be a key member of the integration efforts with the Global team. With 15+ years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, this senior leader will supervise teams and develop strong business partner relationships. Strong knowledge of Private Equity and/or Credit is essential.

This leadership role requires a dynamic, adaptive professional who can build and maintain strong business partner relationships. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are necessary to drive decision-making and inspire the team to embrace new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the operating model for the Asia region
  • Identify and address gaps between current and future state operating models
  • Drive Asia-wide process improvement initiatives and integration initiatives with the Global operations team
  • Oversight of deal pipeline, closing and ongoing management of investments
  • Lead structuring of investments for responsible strategies in the Asia region
  • Ensure operational readiness for transaction execution
  • Drive execution of acquisitions and realization processes for investments
  • Ongoing operational monitoring of fund investments
  • Representation at trade approval committee meetings
  • Maintenance of comprehensive operational records and control files
  • Development of relationships and SLAs with custodians and administrators
  • Mentorship and development of team members
