
Customer Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
4. Provide product information and demos to customers
5. Identify and escalate potential issues to senior staff members as needed
Requirements:
1. 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
5. High school diploma or equivalent required;
