Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and responsibilities. Your primary objective will be to assist in preparing marketing materials, campaign planners, and client proposals that effectively communicate our brand message and values.

You will work closely with the marketing team to support clients or audience enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses and resolving any issues promptly.

In addition, you will help update and maintain marketing databases and CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Another key responsibility will be to coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for marketing activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of projects.

To measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, you will prepare basic reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Furthermore, you will organize and file marketing documents, visuals, and branding assets in a secure and easily accessible manner.
