Restaurant Team Lead Role

This position plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our restaurant, focusing on exceptional customer experience and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers with a warm welcome and efficiently manage table reservations.
  • Handle customer feedback and enquiries promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Schedule duty-rosters for all staff members, guaranteeing adequate coverage and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and setup of the restaurant to meet high standards.
  • Attend Food & Beverage meetings and briefings as required, staying informed about operational updates.
  • Foster effective communication channels among staff at all levels, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance staff skills and ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team's overall success.


Requirements:
  • Prior relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for this role.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
