We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience of our users.
About the Role:
You will work closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to create and refine digital experiences that improve the lives of our users. You will support teams by bringing clarity to ambiguity with user insights throughout the product development process, from early-stage discovery to launch and evaluation.
The role is essential in delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences that are grounded in user needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop research plans with clear objectives, participant screeners, moderator guides, recruiting strategies and timelines.
- Share research findings with product, design and executive teams in ways that support decisions.
- Provide regular project updates, including status, blockers and open questions.
- Recommend appropriate research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals.
- Work with Product Managers to forecast and prioritize research needs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries.
- Comfortable conducting research in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Portfolio that shows past research work and deliverables.
- Experience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and Miro.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Some travel required internationally.
- Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
