Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UIUX Designer to play a critical role in shaping the digital experiences of our resort. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and be proficient in design software, wireframe and research tools.

About the Position:

  • This UIUX Designer position involves gathering and investigating user experience design requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies.
  • Responsibilities include analysing questionnaire responses, field studies, interviews and using insights as input for design decisions.
  • Effective communication skills are essential to articulate design concepts, present ideas to stakeholders and collaborate with team members.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and design thinking are necessary to overcome obstacles and deliver effective design solutions.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of user-centred design principles is required.
  • Proficiency in design software, wireframe and research tools, including Figma, is expected.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and eagerness to learn and grow are highly valued.
  • A relevant qualification in UIUX, graphic/web design or a related field is preferred.
