Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Administration Assistant to join our team at CRESCO INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform book-keeping functions, including data entry and reconciliation of cash balances
  • Assist in the quarterly GST submissions, tax filings, and XBRL reporting
  • Provide administrative support to management, including general office administration and management

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Possess degree in Accountancy
  • Knowledge or experience in handling full sets of accounts required
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Meticulous and has a positive attitude
  • Resourceful and ability to multi-task

Salary: SGD 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, CPF, and annual leave.
