Design Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Design Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the architectural process from concept development to project completion.

This is an opportunity to work on all stages of the design process, preparing documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities, developing and contributing to detailed BIM models and digital workflows, preparing high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets, creating compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials, and collaborating with senior designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure coordinated and smooth project delivery.

  • A holder of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in architectural design and end-to-end project delivery.
  • High expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape.
  • A basic understanding of Singapore's regulations, codes, and submission processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. A proactive willingness to learn and develop new skills.
