Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and lead the company's strategic direction across product, operations, growth, and capital formation, working closely with the broader Ergonia trading and venture teams.">
  • Build trusted relationships with capital allocators, liquidity providers, and regulatory stakeholders.">
  • Owning the customer development cycle, from initial traction to product-market fit and scaling.">
  • Recruit and manage a world-class team across engineering, operations, and business development.">
  • Oversee financials, legal, compliance, and company operations.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Proven leadership experience (CEO, GM, Founder, or Partner) at the intersection of crypto, fintech, or trading.">
  • Deep understanding of crypto market structure, particularly DeFi and derivatives.">
  • Strong network within DeFi.">
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams and execute in fast-paced environments.">
  • High integrity, high agency, and a passion for building top-tier financial products.">
