Overview

  • It's building a next-generation perp DEX on Solana and seeks a high-conviction CEO to lead the project, drive go-to-market strategy, and shape the future of decentralized markets.
Responsibilities
  • Set and lead the company's strategic direction across product, operations, growth, and capital formation, working with the broader Ergonia trading and venture-building teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with capital allocators, liquidity providers, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Own the customer development cycle, from initial traction to product-market fit and scale.
  • Recruit and manage a world-class team across engineering, operations, and business development.
  • Oversee financials, legal, compliance, and company operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience as a CEO, GM, Founder, or Partner at the intersection of crypto, fintech, or trading.
  • A deep understanding of crypto market structure, particularly DeFi and derivatives.
  • A strong network in DeFi.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams and execute in fast-moving environments.
  • High integrity, agency, and an obsession with building best-in-class financial products.
Bonus Points
  • Prior experience building a financial product from zero to one.
  • Knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and its technical architecture.
  • Comfort operating across regulatory and crypto-native cultures.
