Job Title: Certification and Compliance Manager

This role involves maintaining the company's integrated system certifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

  • Audit Management: Conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 certifications.
  • Continuous Knowledge Development: Staying up-to-date with certification requirements and recommended best practices through continuous knowledge development.
  • Audit Reporting: Producing comprehensive audit reports and recommending necessary changes.
  • Corrective Action: Ensuring non-conformities are documented and corrective actions are assigned.
  • Follow-up Audits: Conducting follow-up audits and checks to monitor progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with site PMs and personnel in charge of ISO standards.
  • Supporting Sites: Supporting sites in maintaining ISO standards.
  • Documentation Review: Assisting with ISO manual document reviews and updates.
  • Training and Development: Managing employee training functions.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Singaporean or PR status.
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • ISO Certification: Possess ISO 9001 lead Auditor Course Certificate.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
