About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Job Support Assistant to join our team. As a Job Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing on-site training and supervision to students and employees with special needs. You will also assist the nursing team in delivering nursing care to residents and help maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and assess students and employees with special needs on-site to meet industrial standards and requirements.
  • SUPPORT students and employees in integrating into the workplace environment.
  • Facilitate and support the implementation and review of vocational education curriculum.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and other communication materials as necessary.
  • Monitor students and employees' performance using CATs and SWPs.
  • Provide on-site training/supervision as needed.
Working With Us

You will work closely with stakeholders, including trainees, their families, professional partners, allied professionals, job coaches, instructors, alumni service teams, and reporting officers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma or GCE A level qualification.
  • Able to travel to offsite work locations.
  • Effective communication skills required to communicate with external employers and workplace co-workers.
  • Strong organizational skills with strong detail orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
