The Training Officer will develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs to enhance staff capabilities and talents. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing relevant training modules based on individual/departmental/company needs
- Delivery and assessment of in-house programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing training modules and providing recommendations for improvement
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing programs to improve existing staff performance
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with curriculum development and course material review management
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
