Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Career Development Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of food, beverage, and services.

Your duties will include checking work stations for operations, managing quality control at store level, executing crisis management plans, displaying service performance, and managing customers' expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventories and stock taking activities, covering duties when required, solving problems at managerial level, generating reports, and presenting store performance.

You will also be expected to follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures, handle administration and paperwork, plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties, hire and train new staff members, and perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related fields (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Strong interest in building a career in management and operations
  • Good integrity and personality
  • Lead by example with a positive and professional image
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Serve guests with a warm smile at all times
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Possess valid Food Safety Course Level 1/3 certification (advantageous)
