Job Summary



We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for e-commerce and category management. As an E-Commerce Category Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for our key categories, including Electronics, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Home & Living.



Duties and Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement accelerated sales and marketing growth strategies for assigned categories
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaign initiatives, including message development, campaign mechanics, and content framework across multiple channels
  • Conduct market research and analysis on competitor landscape and buyer behavior to inform category strategy
  • Manage weekly to monthly content updates for assigned categories, including website banners, category pages, EDMs, and social media channels
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to drive overall sales volumes and category branding
  • Jointly oversee category P&L with Business Development Category Leads to ensure growth and customer experience


Requirements




  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in brand management and/or category marketing
  • Relevant industry experience in at least two out of five categories: Electronics, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Home & Living
  • Experience in developing campaign strategies with a proven track record of securing exponential sales and new customer growth
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong experience in briefing and managing creative agencies and production agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Disciplined organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and forge partnerships both internally and externally
  • e-Commerce background and digital campaign management experience are advantageous


What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
