- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

- Coordinate internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, and other correspondence.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
