Electrical and Mechanical Team Lead

The success of our M&E projects depends on meticulous planning and execution. As a seasoned Electrical and Mechanical Team Lead, you will oversee and manage the E&M team across multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and commissioning phases.

The role requires:
  • Leading the E&M team in strategic planning, execution, and coordination of E&M works across projects.
  • Reviewing and approving E&M designs, shop drawings, and submissions to ensure adherence to contract requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Effective management of subcontractors and consultants to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality E&M works.
  • Close collaboration with architectural, structural, and civil teams to integrate E&M systems seamlessly.
  • Driving project schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving technical or site issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing expert guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior E&M engineers.
