Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Coordination: Manage procurement coordination with vendors for logistics and transportation services, equipment, and laboratory-related management services.
  • Invoice Processing: Process 3rd party invoices and manage billing accrual process.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales and billing performance, and provide data and insights to support business decisions.
  • Contract Management: Maintain sales contract and procurement contracts register, and provide reminders to team members on expiring contracts.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry duties with regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
  • Reporting: Pull reports and information from Ecolab systems, and provide data and guides to support sales team.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, equipment setup, and presentation creation.
  • Financial Administration: Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses, and process departmental invoices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement, business administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft CRM and SAP systems, with prior experience in sales administration an advantage.
