Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to join our team at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine Systems Asia Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for business application operational issues, ensuring business continuity and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors/business partners to ensure successful implementation of new applications.
  • Research and explore new Application Technologies, Functionality, and availability to enhance IT capabilities.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
  • Participate in and coordinate the implementation and post-implementation of new requests.
  • Deliver training to users as needed, using available training materials and UAT documents.
  • Support the implementation and post-implementation of new requests for existing application redevelopment and new application developments.
  • Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on requirements.
  • Create detailed requirement documentation when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to adopt new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance IT, business application, and BI capabilities.
  • Participate in and support IT special projects related to business application development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • SAP Functional module certification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modelling tools.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • ERP or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office - Excel.
