Skillful Electrical Drafter Wanted

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Drafter to join our team. As an Electrical Drafter, you will play a vital role in creating and modifying electrical drawings using CAD software and Revit (BIM). You will be responsible for studying construction drawings and specifications to understand project requirements, as well as collaborating with our team to provide construction layout plans and detailed drawings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Study construction drawings and specifications to comprehend project demands
  • Collaborate with the team to generate and modify electrical drawings using CAD software and Revit (BIM)
  • Precisely prepare as-built drawings for submission
  • Site visits may be required to inspect the installation of electrical systems and verify compliance with drawings
  • Maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by management
  • Develop construction layouts and detailed drawings
  • Prepare drawing schedules and update revision numbers promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical projects specifically HDB projects (BTO/HIP/LUP)
  • Able to work effectively as a team member
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and careful attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software, with expertise in Revit (BIM)
  • Good communication skills
