A seasoned Technical Lead is required to spearhead the development of a high-performing team of cybersecurity Solution Architects across ASEAN.

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving security pre-sales, enablement, and technical service delivery across ASEAN, representing the organization at industry events and partner workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity Solution Architects across the ASEAN region
  • Act as the technical lead for security pre-sales and enablement initiatives
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and security assessments
  • Partner with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and solution positioning
  • Manage and grow partner technical relationships, building scalable training programs
  • Develop and standardize service offerings, SOPs, and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' technical experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity
  • Strong expertise in security technologies (certifications preferred)
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical enablement, and partner development
  • Familiarity with security architecture, network protocols, and cloud security
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deliver both technical workshops and executive briefings
