Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality presales support and solutions. They will be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners, and provide guidance on the selection and deployment of Trend Micro security solutions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality presales support and solutions, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies including SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architect understanding, cloud native application security, SASE, CASB, and zero-trust models. Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS services is also an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Requirements:
