Operational Response Specialist

The incumbent's primary role is to support the development of scenarios and plans for medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks, continuity of hospital services, civil emergencies, and mass casualties incidents.
This involves working closely with health ministry stakeholders and hospital staff to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and build up the hospital's capabilities in operational, IT, and infrastructure areas to support medical and public health responses.
- Key responsibilities include scenario development, plan implementation, and SOP creation;
- Collaboration with health ministry and hospital stakeholders to ensure effective response planning;
- Bolstering hospital capabilities to address communicable disease outbreaks and other crises.
- A minimum degree in any field;
- Prior experience in crisis management is an added advantage;
Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong multitasking, operational excellence, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking abilities.
