Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Usability Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of tools and approaches for the measurement and assessment of usability and accessibility of essential digital services in Singapore.

This includes working closely with stakeholders to develop policies, strategies and initiatives to enhance usability and accessibility of digital services, and contributing to the development, design, implementation and review of initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and approaches for the measurement and assessment of usability and accessibility of digital services
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop policies, strategies and initiatives to enhance usability and accessibility of digital services
  • Commission research studies and collaborate with academia and think tanks on studies to enhance understanding of international and local developments on usability and accessibility of digital services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners across public, private and people sectors
