This position is perfect for driven individuals who thrive in consultative sales environments, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping others succeed. You will lead conversion and engagement by following up with course enquiries via various channels, building trust and rapport, and matching learners to suitable programmes that align with their career aspirations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly follow up with course enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build trust and rapport to understand learners' career aspirations, and match them to suitable postgraduate or executive programmes

Achieve Enrolment Goals

  • Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets by effectively promoting our programmes
  • Deliver engaging consultations that clearly articulate the value, outcomes, and structure of our courses

Application & Enrolment Support

  • Assist prospective students with the application process—from document submission to payment and onboarding
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a seamless enrolment experience

Campaign & Outreach Participation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support recruitment campaigns, info sessions, webinars, and corporate outreach activities
  • Represent us professionally at events and promotional opportunities

Learner Success Engagement

  • Maintain regular communication with enrollees throughout their learning journey
  • Provide pre-enrolment and post-enrolment guidance to ensure learner satisfaction and retention
