GIC Private Limited is a leading global long-term investor, and we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join our Human Resource & Organization Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent strategies and shaping our organizational culture to sustain our long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall Talent and Culture strategy for GIC, in collaboration with the Global Director of Human Resource & Organization.
  • Drive the HR department's strategic agenda, crafting business plans with expected outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and track the progress of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Pilot and facilitate the design and implementation of special projects within the HR department, working closely with HR team leads.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for the Global Director of Human Resource & Organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of business consulting, strategic planning, or talent strategy experience.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an inquiring mind.
  • Demonstrated project management and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High sense of accountability, urgency, and desire to learn, who would thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
