About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Strategic Planning and Communications team at PAP Community Foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive PCF's strategy and long-term goals in line with our mission, vision, and values
- Analyse trends and changes, compile reports, and present findings to senior management and other groups
- Evaluate data and make evidence-based decisions or create competitive strategies and business recommendations
- Present strategic plans and monitor operational performance and KPIs across various business units
- Organise and facilitate strategic engagement and planning sessions for senior leaders and staff
- Provide secretariat support for PCF's Board and its committees
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to junior staff on internal communication and strategies
- Participate in task forces and committees as assigned by the Director
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Masters in Business or Organizational Development (OD)
- 8-10 years of working experience in consultancy or OD environment
- Able to work unstructured tasks and teams across different business units
- Superior written and oral English language skills with mastery to bring planned strategies to life
- Confidence in presentation and communication with ability to engage audiences
- Rational and logical with systems thinking and integration of ideas into a common vision
- Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders
- Matured, resourceful, and adaptable team player who can work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Estimated Salary: SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
