We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent and minimum 5 years of experience in the software solution business industry or Auto-ID solution field. Prior experience in managing international projects, developing software and package solutions, and team management will be advantageous. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the key account department at headquarters to understand solution deployment projects and provide necessary support tailored to the conditions of the target countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate requirement gathering and specifications, development, and maintenance of new solutions.
  • Conduct training programs and prepare related documentation to support promotion, sales, and maintenance, ensuring effective implementation in each region.
  • Promote initiatives across group companies focused on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) to drive the development of sustainable solution businesses.
